Prior, Koi spent nearly a decade at VSP Vision, where she lead integrated digital marketing, communications, and brand strategy for national tradeshows and conferences.

After participating in a six-month, mind-shifting coaching journey herself, Koi became a certified leadership coach and founded Movemeant, where she partners with high-potential, high-performing leaders to develop plans of action that promote substantial moves in their lives and careers.

A self-dubbed “second time around mom,” Koi raised two children to adulthood, then welcomed the next-generation of greatness to the world – a new child. This alone has proven to be the single most challenging, yet rewarding, transition in her life.
