It began in a season when God met me at the threshold and showed me the difference between leading in my own strength and being led by His.

For more than two decades, I led global marketing and communications across Fortune 500, public sector, and nonprofit organizations while coaching leaders through seasons of growth and change. 

But somewhere along the way, success stopped being about titles, performance, or outward achievement. It became about faithfulness. That shift didn't just change my career. It transformed my calling.

Today, I partner with individuals, leaders, coaches, organizations, and faith communities navigating seasons of transition and growth.

My work is rooted in one conviction: Helping people become who God is forming them to be as they cross the thresholds that shape their lives, leadership, and calling.
