It began when God met me at my threshold, my point of surrender, and showed me the difference between leading in my own strength and being led by His.

For more than two decades, I led global marketing and communications across Fortune 500, public sector, and nonprofit organizations while coaching leaders through pivotal times of growth and change. That work eventually revealed a deeper calling to not just coach leaders, but to equip those who develop others.

For me, success stopped being about titles and outward achievement. It became about faithfulness. That shift didn't just change my career. It transformed my calling.

Today, we develop coaches, strengthen leaders, and partner with organizations who are ready to walk with folks through their thresholds. We provide ICF and CCNI accredited faith-forward coach education and leadership development for those who coach, lead, and serve others.
