Movemeant was born with a dismantling of everything I'd been leaning on. Including myself.

It began in a season when God met me at the threshold and showed me the difference between leading in my own strength and being led by His.

After 20 years of leading global marketing and communications for Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations, my definition of success began to change. It became less about titles, performance, and outward achievement, and more about faithfulness, impact, and alignment between who I was becoming and how I lived, led, and served.

Today, I work with women, leaders, and organizations standing at their own thresholds, ready to strengthen what matters, and move forward with intention.
