It began in a season when God met me at the threshold and showed me the difference between leading in my own strength and being led by His.

For more than two decades, I led global marketing and communications across Fortune 500, public sector, and nonprofit organizations while coaching leaders through seasons of growth and change. That work eventually revealed a deeper calling—not simply to coach leaders, but to equip those who develop others.

For me, success stopped being about titles and outward achievement. It became about faithfulness. That shift didn't just change my career. It transformed my calling.

Today, I develop coaches, strengthen leaders, and partner with organizations navigating seasons of change. Through The Threshold Institute, we provide accredited coach education and leadership development designed to equip those who guide the growth of others.
