The Threshold: Coaching Clients Who Come With an Ending, Not a Goal course is designed for coaches, ministry and care leaders, counselors, social workers, educators, advisors, healthcare professionals, doulas, and others who support people through change, discernment, and transition. It's especially relevant for those navigating conversations involving identity, leadership, calling, grief, burnout, faith, or major life decisions.

No. While the course is faith-forward and grounded in a Christian worldview, all participants are welcome. The course teaches ethical faith integration while honoring client autonomy and professional coaching boundaries.

While this course is designed for coaches and those who regularly support or develop others, participants should have a basic understanding of coaching principles. This course builds on foundational coaching skills rather than introducing coaching from the ground up.

Yes, participants will receive course resources and downloadable materials to support learning and immediate application in their coaching practice.

Yes, participants who successfully complete the full course requirements will receive 3.0 continuing education credits recognized by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Christian Coaches Network International (CCNI), along with a Certificate of Completion.

If you hold credentials with both organizations, the same 3-hour course may be applied toward the continuing education requirements of both ICF and CCNI, in accordance with each organization’s credential renewal requirements.

To receive your Certificate of Completion and CCE credits, participants must:

• Attend at least 90% of the live 3-hour course
• Actively participate in the triad coaching practice
• Submit a minimum 200-word Written Reflection within 48 hours of the course
• Receive Instructor approval of the Written Reflection

Certificates are issued by email after all completion requirements have been verified.

If you're unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to discuss available options before the course begins.

Cancellations received at least seven calendar days before the course are eligible for a refund, less any nonrefundable processing fees. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before the course are nonrefundable. However, the registration may be transferred one time to a future CCE course when requested before the scheduled course begins. No shows and requests received after the course begins are not eligible for a refund or transfer. If Movemeant Coaching and Consultancy cancels or reschedules the course, participants may transfer their registration or receive a full refund.
